House staff
Insure your cleaning lady, gardener, babysitter, ...
Home staff insurance protects your paid, helping hands in the event of a work-related accident when he or she is working for you.
The financial consequences of such accidents can be significant, think of:
- hospital invoices
- rehabilitation costs
- disability
Legally, you are considered their employer. Therefore, you are obliged to absorb these costs. Be prepared and protect your helping hands today.
Why have house staff insured?
In the event of an accident, you continue to pay until their retirement
Imagine if your domestic workers suffer a serious accident. In the worst case scenario, you are obliged to continue paying their salary until retirement age.
It goes without saying that this has serious financial consequences. And you'd rather not pay for that yourself.
Materné protects you in all possible scenarios.
Legal obligation
Even if you are not required to file an NSSO return, you must subscribe to a domestic staff insurance policy.
Friends Services
We all sometimes ask our friends to help us with something.
Even the helpful and handy Harry's in your circle of friends are covered by this insurance. An accident with financial consequences does not mean the end of your valuable friendship.
What does domestic staff insurance cover?
Home staff insurance not only covers all paid helping hands for your private needs. Accidental and unpaid helpers are also covered.
Think of unpaid friends' services. In the event of an accident, you are considered an employer. Through insurance, you can collect compensation without being responsible for the financial consequences yourself:
- Medical expenses
- Pharmacy or hospitalisation costs
- Wage loss on disability
- Death
